Cobb

I was looking through some old stuff, and came across this - a pinup of the character Cobb, from Adam Cogan and Ryan Cody's "Villains" comicbook. I think it was included in an issue of the series.

Looking at it now, the forced perspective I tried doesn't work as well as I intended, and his left hand isn't very good. I still really like his evil grin, though, particularly since I didn't use any reference

Another collaboration for the back cover to Sorrow issue 2 from Image Comics.

The original sketch was by series' artist Francesco Francavilla, and I then turned it into a painting.

My painting style is about a million miles away from Jack Kirby, but I thought it'd be fun to try painting the Devourer of Worlds, based on his first appearance (when he still had the goofy "G" on his outfit).
