Native American girls

A couple of sketches based on photographs by Edward S Curtis (1868 - 1952) of some Native American girls.

Nice work Em! I'm glad to see you keeping your hand in digital painting that is not caricature based. I enjoy that as much or more. I assume the photographs you refer to are those haunting B&W type images that just hit you in the gut?
Hope your new year is off to a great start!
PS: I'm always bugging you to make some process videos of your digital painting - camtasia studio is pretty easy to use and has a free 30-day trial. Are you still using the aging apple at home?

Jonathan - Yes, the Curtis photos are those B&W ones that you mentioned.

I did have a try at a video recording program a while back, but couldn't make it work for me. I don't think it was Camtasia, though. I'll look into that.
